Workshops
Bi-monthly sessions on Tuesday nights 6-8pm AEST Online via zoom

Duration
2 hour session: 1 hr of observing an EMDR session and 1 hr of unpacking the session.

Trainings
Resource Therapy [Parts Work] Training Coming in 2027!
Resource Therapy AKA RT is a type of parts work that is trauma informed, identity affirming and parts respecting. This therapeutic modality, developed by Dr. Emerson, supports people to connect compassionately with parts of themselves that make up their personality, choices, behaviours and ways of navigating the world. Dr Emerson called these parts resource states.
In RT, we believe that each resource state has access to their own affect, emotions, somatic experiencing, memories, values, coping and idea of what healing looks like.
There are times when these resource states can be engaging in ways of coping that no longer serve them or are out of places of pain, wounding, trauma, distress or even ‘self sabotage’. Through RT’s protocols, we can address these parts directly to bring about change and support folks to step into their favourite selves.
